I've been tweaking this build since legion. I got it to the point where I don't know if there is anything more I can get out of it. The chest I need to replace, most likely with foe mantle. The only thing I really don't like is I use the thread of hope for only two nodes. Panopticon is just so strong it almost seems like a must. But I would be happy with 50% of the dps it provides without having to rely on totems. This pob is fully buffed. Can turn off totems, rage, berserk, blitz, rampage, and it's about 102mil unbuffed.
