13L 800M UBER DPS Flicker with 600% hp Uber Searing Exarch

●What is this build cost? I'll say it's 4~4.5 mirror right now, cause there have too many expensive item, also u need to mirror my wep to start this build (cheap fee 50D :D)

●How do you flick with 13L skill? mana problem? with mageblood & 25% mana cost & Inspiration sup you can ez cost 3~9 cost.

●Frenzy charge problem? 106Q bloodrage + 20Q flicker + sword mastery + mark mastery total I'll get 10+20+8+10=48% chance get charge on hit it mean I'll get 1-（1-48%）^4 = 92% chance get charge back when I cost charge, with 10 maximum charge + gloves 10% get maximum charge when get charge, I'll only have little chance lost all charge

●How do I get vaal skill soul & 60 rage

1. Use Flasks gain 2 Charges every 3 seconds mod chest + 20 charge Soul Ripper
2. after use Soul Ripper get 20 soul , swap to bottled lfaith 3.when bottled faith can be use, swap chest back to dailla 4.use Kaom's Spirit + Enduring Cry , when you get maximum rage you can swap to normal gloves

●WTF is this pre-work time, take too long fake dps yeah this is just 600% uber minmax test, I already one shot anything in game with normal hp, if you're going to compare it with stupid 600% dmg totem build, pls give me flicker 600% dmg passive and we can talk

●how do I ignited enemy when I pick fire mastery crit can't be ignited? just link combustion on your totem, it will works trust me

●mana reservation? with helmet vaal mod + good megalomaniac, it will not be a problem

●leech hp / mp ? large cluster will fix all leech problem

●Why I'm not top dps at ninja? Because ninja not count too many thing... they even set this build have 0 charge :/

●Why you choice those unique item not other rare item? cause this is maximum dps set, I think you can't find any other item can give that much dps in this build. I still have last three pieces puzzle of this build 1.+1 maximum charge Square 2.+2 charge vaal gloves 3. 4* anoint Yoke amulet if I get this 3 item dps will be 4.4B , whould be crazy xD but too hard :(

●is this build tank? no , you will get one shot every where, but I think it can be tank ez , just abort some dmg.

●how about map speed? boots swap to Dawnstrider and pick totem mastery +3 sec, just summon ancestral protector and you'll know how fast is it.

●can I starter with this build? pls don't do that.... this is not a build to starter farm
