PoE Duelist, Ranger, Witch, League Starter builds

Anyone wanna try to optimize this bad boy. The arctic armor and + 25 spell block in config is to simulate the new tempest shield. Not too sure about mana, it might be a bit tight so getting mana or -mana cost on gear could be useful The wand is pretty good but not that hard to craft with ilvl2 wand and an essence of anger. Hey there, I want to start with a Winterorb Elementalist next league. I'd like to use the golems of the class as a "support" and cheap way to get the build going. The Build has hardly any rares and focuses mostly on uniques. I took all duration+aoe nodes for quality of life and I am using rampage+focusing on movement speed. In General I want the build to only use Winterorb and thats it. If you guys have any ideas on how to improve the build, then i'd be delighted to hear about them. I think I'd share my most successful build this league, which I actually started with. I had an absolute blast playing this build, so if some of you guys looking for inspiration maybe it's the one you need. I've done all content in the game including Awakener 8 The Feared and 100% Delirious maps (this one is not so comfortable, but doable). Simulacrums are cakewalks. I've been trying to narrow down my league starter for Heist the past couple of days. Somewhere along the line, I decided I want to do a cold DoT Occultist, more specifically a Wintertide Brand Occultist (SC-trade). I have a few reasons (that may or may not be valid, politely let me know). Full reasoning summaries below, but TLDR: I think cold DoT Occultists will survive nerfing and might even be buffed by new Hexes. I'm tired of seeing build guides for Spectral Shield Throw that pad their damage with unreliable buffs or mirror-worthy gear. Here is a Spectral Shield Throw build that gets over 1 million damage with really cheap gear.
