PoE Additional Accuracy builds

I have been testing out The Hidden Blade and I think there is a lot of hidden (hehe) potential with it, and I want to throw out what I've learnt and some ideas for theorycrafting. Firstly, I want to clarify a few things about Unseen Strike (which is the unique skill from the Hidden Blade), since the wiki has a few major inaccuracies. Notes: A build that has great defence and movespeed, great clearspeed at a relatively low investment. With investment it can do all game content except from the hardest Uber bosses. You will be vulnerable to physical hits, so your manual dodge skills have to be excellent, but since you are doing damage over time it will be much easier to not get hit. Just a fun project to use some mechanics that will only be around in Kalanda league such as slower proj necks, and the ease of accu stacking and -lightning doryani's with mirrored rings. I'm using the term 'budget' as I'm using cheap alternatives to otherwise perfectly optimized character. No forbidden flesh/ashes/mageblood ect. In fact in seems that the most expensive parts of the build are the alternative gems (divergent inspiration) and two transcendent spirit jewels. I haven't played an accuracy stacker before and the new juggernaut changes had me tinkering around in PoB. The two new shock based skill look awesome. Only thing is that they are combo reliant and I hate pressing buttons. However, in the same patch Spell Slinger is buffed. :thonker: PoB: So, how will this build work. We play Elementalist and take Shaper of Storms. This means that all our hits can shock no matter how much damage they deal. Thus we can shock with our wand attacks. We take Kinetic Bolt because it has inherent pierce and AoE. We then need to scale ailment effect, but luckily there is a lot of that on the tree and available from bench crafting. This means

This is my leaguestarter which I've spend too much time on. Ideas and critique welcome. I wanted to do something different but yet something that will work. This build is on the glass cannon side but managed to level up to 99 without 5-ways. I would not recommend this exact build for poison spark, occultist offers so much more but I like speed. I think raider is pretty okey though because of more projectile speed mastery is near and we can use master toxicist forbidden jewels.
