PoE Lightning builds without Ruthless

I've been farming T16 maps pretty easily following Tatiantel2 storm burst 3.20 guide. Pretty much, I would like to push the build a lot more since I am in soft core trade. Any advice on skill tree changes or gear changes is certainly welcome. My PoB: Tatianel2:

Sharing my latest build and hoping someone will see some improvements that can be made. Galvanic field has some downsides: Low AOE and poor hit rate. We get around the AOE by slotting a Phantasmal GV into a Crest of Desire, and Scaling mana with Heirophant. This gives GV domes usually a couple of screens of area. I just wanted to post about my build idea and tested since I think its really cool. I've tested Hydrosphere with spell echo and can confirm that the final repeat does have a 100% crit chance and when using it with greater spell echo it also inherits the extra aoe and more damage multiplier. So I know assassin and elementalist are the go-to when it comes to autobombers, but looking at the hidden flesh/flame notable for Ranger, it seems like it would be awesome for a shock/freeze Autobomber. Has anyone tried something like this? Expedition's end would guarantee huge freezes. Either Annihilating Light or Crest of Desire (maybe both for double herald?) Hello! I wanted to post a build I have been having a lot of fun playing this league. I found a relic that let my lightning damage freeze and so I thought i'd make a omni lighting warp assassin with herald of ice and freeze/shock prolif.
