Hey guys, storm brand ascendant build is here. Using void battery and badge of the brotherhood. Badge of the Brotherhood has a unique mod that "Your Maximum Frenzy Charges is equal to your Maximum Power Charges". So we can have 10 power and frenzy charges. Also combining The Restless Ward with Unleash Potential to gain extra benefits from charges. That's why I decided to play as ascendant, otherwise you can go for assassin, occultist or trickster.

3.21 CHANGES:

• Arcane Surge Support no longer causes Arcane Surge to grant more Spell Damage. Instead, it now causes Arcane Surge to grant 10% increased Cast Speed
• Onslaught Support has been removed. A new Momentum Support gem has been added in its place.
• Critical Strike Chance is increased by chance to Suppress Spell Damage (Removed)

• Lab enchants are gone.
