There are some concessions, but not as many as you may think. Big Concessions: 1. You must drop Kalandra's or Blastrain (on your second manaforged setup). I think dropping blast rain makes sense, but I happened to randomly hit an unset ring that is just better than my current helical ring so I run that. I lose 52 chaos res doing this though, so if you have a perfect helical ring just drop blastrain imo. I also have some other options in the items you can find on trade for reasonable prices I think. Saw a version of this a few weeks ago and have spent awhile trying to maximize it for defense and offense as i really like the concept. Wanted to show what I got so far. its got 150k max hit for phys and ele with 3% hp and mana on hit from curse mastery tech while hitting over 120 times per sec on single target, which gives it over 14k hp per second like instant leech. Also has 100% phys taken as ele 90% all ele res 75/75 block and spell block (no glancing). And it seems the dps can be pushed all the way to 97m while being a hefty tank. Yes this version has some expensive item
