Hello PoB-heroes. I saw the new flicker strike of power gem and wanted to see if i could make a build around it. Thought i´d go as an assassin for the power charge stacking and see what damage i could land on. I feel i did pretty good as a first try, but i´d like to hear your thoughts and feedback on it. If sustain is bad, use power charge on crit to get 100. Early on prolly start with normal flicker. Transition to crit later.
