This build proc 2 skills 60 times a second (with trigger bots); there only 2 skill that are cappable of that, bodyswap and wrap. due to cooldown recovey as it stand today. Thats 2 proc for 0.03 sec that it is the server tic rate cap. The following skills come from kitava at 0.06 sec x3, and some extras proc for the bow. and frenzy 30.3 aps. These are the bones. budget can only improve all the thing that miss, aka defenses.
