i never play lightning strick i decide to try it with the new unique but the dps is no that good ( first time make/play melee build ) how i can improve it ? :D

cost around 60c to make and pretty impressive damage eh. tanu ahi can be replace with southbound and a silver flask if its too unreliable.

I'm using the term 'budget' as I'm using cheap alternatives to otherwise perfectly optimized character. No forbidden flesh/ashes/mageblood ect. In fact in seems that the most expensive parts of the build are the alternative gems (divergent inspiration) and two transcendent spirit jewels. I haven't played an accuracy stacker before and the new juggernaut changes had me tinkering around in PoB.
