PoE Vaal Detonate Dead builds

Hi everybody! So, I have been trying to figure out how to make the Chieftain good. And most of the power of the Chieftain is in how easy it is for him to get defenses. I wanted to see how tanky you could get with a Chieftain, and it turns out that the answer is "absurdly". Here's a pob: I based this build on an existing DD CI Elementalist. But I realized that if you combine Valako, Storm's Embrace and Melding of the Flesh, you can get above +30% max ele resistance. Basically - Valako doesn't stop you from getting non-fire max resists. And they add together. 15%

Hello, Long story short: I wanted to farm some simuls/deeper delve so I picked some builds on poe ninja depth ladder and tried to get similar stuff. I ended up with this: Tried some content like guardians, shaper, architect (depth <150), simul. And I noticed I really lack dmg. I believe my survivability is okayish. I failed simul at wave 26 or 27. Took me 10 mins to deal 1/3 of boss dmg at that wave. POB link: I have been following Ziz's DD build and recently obtained an Aegis Aurora and Glorious Vanity. I have to level up a little bit more to slot in the Glorious Vanity. I am struggling to increase my chaos resistance but working on crafting some gear through Harvest. Open to any suggestions to make this build even tankier or deal more damage! Thank you.

hello fellow exiles, im currently onto my first red tier maps this league, im currently running a necro DD still using a tabula, my question would be whats the best version of the build atm, Blackflame for Chaos Ignite damage, or Polaric for more overall fire damage? Blackflame its very cheap atm and polaric its quite expensive for just 20% more fire damage, but i might be missing something I do have a 10ex budget atm, but i dont want to spend it on a +3% damage increase, to be honest i feel i do moderate damage on most bosses, i really wanted to be more tankier.
