PoE 3.23 Affliction Flicker Strike of Power builds

&x200B; Probably my most stupid starter, please convince me not to league start with it ! Made with low budget in mind, I know 2M DPS is not that good, but I wanted to experiment with Flicker Strike of Power and the new Unholy Might. I don't know if the occultist pop is usefull or not with something like flicker, would love some extra ideas and feedback. There is a possibility to find Unholy Might on cluster jewels, which would allow for a better amulet or a Badge of the Brotherhood to stack more frenzy charges for speed, and go

Power charge gain: 5% on hit from mark quality 50% to gain on crit from flicker of power q20 10% from ascendancy 65% to gain, hits per attack = 88% chance to get a power charge. If sustain is bad, use power charge on crit to get 100. Early on prolly start with normal flicker. Transition to crit later.
