Couple of thoughts right off the bat: No Herald of Purity, just because for it to be worth I feel like would take up too much mana that could be used being tankier or boosting the Sentinels 96 is getting up there for sure... Build highlights and POB: 100% phys to fire with fire mastery, AOF, and one vaal notable cyclone with a pdps staff, shockwave, and fire/phys supports petrified blood and radiant faith gives 4000-5000 flat armor, build ends up with 30k+ armor pre-flask (big molten shells too) radiant faith and 25% of life added as ES (hillock craft and corrupted soul) = 2k energy shield divine shield + 30k armor + 4-6 end charges = big ES regen when we take phys damage sentinels of purity and a holy relic = permanent onslaught, taunts,

This is assuming we get Energy Blade with something like 200% snapshotted ES into Max Added Lightning Damage; see the custom modifier on the energy sword to represent this.

Edit.Ok, you guys don't like POB warriors, but i do this way for 2 things, to compare to the builds on PoE Ninja, and to see the potential.I saw few errors, mainly shock effect and frenzy was on. I used shock calculator and it have me 21% shock. There is no way to generate frenzy on Sirus right now, and I will not put a Precursor emblem in the build, so I will turn it off.
