So the build is getting expensive if you look at my PoB. I have had some items drop. If you were to buy these,

Rain of Splinters - 5 Divine (I paid) - You can get a quiver with bow attacks fire an additional arrow. Empower 4 (I got lucky) - 8.5 Divine - You will do just fine with an Empower 3 - 1.2 Divine. Enlighten - Just dropped for me so no cost however Trade Site - 2 Divine Skin of the Lords - 80c - Looks like 1 Divine for a decent one. Xoph's - 25c - Even cheaper now Quill Rain - 25c - Spent another 25c for links/socket colours. Combat Jewels, I just crafted them myself - They are 20+c each. The rest of the items, I just bought as I needed or could afford them.
