PoE 3.23 Affliction Incandescent Heart, Spell builds

Like a boss Occultist Penance Brand of Dissipation Was a tough time and hard work to balance everything out. Now it is absolutely awesome and my favourite build I made so far. Since every other endgame content including ubers is done in seconds, I prefer to deep delve to have a challange. I switch Forbidden Flesh/Flame depending on the biome/stage/mods: Mastermind of Discord -- No crit reduction mods / no heavy ele dps Full DPS Setup: 200k hitpool (standard boss + Sigil of Power, stage 4) @ 120 Million DPS Bastion of Elements -- Nasty mods and Biomes like Smugglers Stash Tanky: 300k

How are these CSW elementalists triggering stuns on themselves with consistency? The tech i know is the Agonstic + energy shield mastery for stun threshold, but they can't utilize it because of CI I'm looking to make my own CWS elementalist, similar to the popular Chieftain ones from this league &x200B; &x200B;

PoB: Pretty late in the league so this probably won't get much traction, but I wanted to post this anyways as this is one of the most fun builds I've ever played. I won't claim there's anything super unique here as the core is just a pretty bog-standard power charge stacker, but I am surprised at how relatively underused CSoP is cause this thing hits like a truck (albeit a smaller truck than Penance Brand I guess lol). Hey everyone, I've come across the Bronn's Lith Version of CoC Frostblink with Wintry Blast, and while it undoubtedly dishes out insane DPS, it's essentially a cast-on-death portal build that folds at the slightest glance. Inspired by the concept, I decided to tweak it into a more robust build that can handle Simulacrum wave 30 deathless, take on uber bosses, and breeze through mapping with just a single portal. It's a straightforward setup centered around CI, boasting relatively high armor, and utilizing Incandescent Heart for chaos conversion. Currently, I'm comfortably tackling Uber Shap

I just wanted to show this penance brand pob that does not have clusters since they are very expensive, and I don't think they justify the damage with the price they have, since with another anointment (charisma) we can get another aura of 50% in this case zealotry , and go to the critical and power nodes with a jewel slot and get probably the same damage.
