PoE Chaos Inoculation, Witch builds with custom stat filters

Hi exiles, I wanted to try make a VD that is not CODT and after some thought this was the best I came with. The budget I think it is probably arround 20 ex and mainly because of some not mandatory items like the watcher's eye. Any suggestions for improvement? I am mainly concerned about the damage being only 1M Here the link, hope someone can help me

Hello everyone, wanted to share my most tanky version of Mage Skeletons with the implementation of the new Melding of the Flesh for max 87 all res + CI (cause i hate chaos damge) The result is Massive defences layers CI , Purity of ice, Aegis Aurora, Determination, Definces Banner, Vile Bastion To see the max damage output you can change the 0% to 5% at the brittle effect in the config the build is not min maxed so alot of small things are not the best in slot or fully optimised... \notice that flasks and molten shell is not ticked\ have fun :) [

Just got done making my first build for 3.16, figured I'd share. This is NOT a league starter, you will have to do a starter build (probably necro DD) to get the gear to play it. Flasks and stats on rares, excluding required (or really good) rolls, are left blank to be filled as you wish. Rare stats will be maximizing energy shield, capping resists, capping stat reqs, getting minion life rolls, and getting chaos gem levels or chaos damage. NOTE: It is not known how rare or expensive the shield will be, the build can be played without it at approximately ~80% dps

Shield has Tempest Shield Estimate as custom mod Most items have 5-7% bonus defenses added as custom mod Vortex has alt quality to simulate lvl 21 upgrade to Creeping Frost (It's lvl 2425 is too much DPS; unrealistic Cold Snap's Controlled Destruction support had quality lowered to 10 for the same reason. Rime Gaze does not have an enchantment. Amulet has Divine Judgment. Tranquility with current setup would give 52k DPS and ~75 ES.
