PoE Kinetic Blast, Trickster, Attack builds without Mageblood

On this budget, we are just looking to cap our resistances, meet our attribute requirement for skills, and capping our suppress through tree/gear while still investing in defenses(ev/es). Your gear will not be perfect, but you do not need perfect to start this character to test out or grind up currency to invest. Wander's been my favorite build archetype for a while (first made a non-int stack assassin wander, then rolled an int stack in ritual, and I've done a couple of raider/deadeye wanders since) and with the abyss unique changes I feel it can be done really well on a budget now.
