PoE Vigilant Strike, Fire builds

Trying to rig up a flame-surge Kitava's thirst character. It'd be like playing melee, without being melee. I'm probably going to roll with it next league unless something overtly destroys the build. But looking for feedback on it. It's not terribly crazy in terms of required uniques, and has room for growth with influence-rare crafting. \editing to meet the "Share Your Build" requirements\ Flame Surge on a 6-link \[Pledge of Hands\] meets the 100 mana cost to trigger Kitava's Thirst, which has 3 spells linked on Arcane

Raise spectre - Rustry Crusher and GDB0-Y for unkillable meat shields that also have 50k+ life for detonations.

So been doing a self cast discharge jugg for two leagues now as I love the playstyle but made it focused on a single big hit and burning with herald of ash \^^ But found that ignite is just so much more pleasant. So the main frame of the discharge jugg has been two kaom's way and scolds with a realmender. Scolds is a amazing addition as it hits me all the time. If I go ignite however I can get a eye of innocence instead freeing my helmet which is a more powerful piece. The build can run with flameblast, instead of a realmender you would get a searing touch.
