Fulcrum Reverse Chill Elementalist Caster ~ Build Guide PoE 3.13 Ritual

The reverse chill elementalist takes advantage of the new fulcrum staff and the winterweave ring. This allows us to acquire 40% action speed which leads to some explosive speeds. We also mix in berserk and chainbreaker for more speed. All in all the build has some nice results in speed while unfortunately being quite expensive to get off the ground. I think the build has some very strong potential and I think this concept for building around can be min-maxed much further than what I have here as I don't think I put together the best possibility of what this sort of build has to offer. Hopefully this build sparks some ideas for you and enjoyment of the showcasing/explanation of it!

If you are going to level as this build you can simply level as a fairly standard elemental spell witch with similar choices to what I have on tree and switch into fulcrum and gear ect. when it is equippable.
