Hi I've been quickly theory crafting this build for the past 2 hours and I would like some help in min-maxing it! So discharge will receive a large damage buff, but will be on a cooldown. I'm thinking about ways to make self-casting Discharge work, and i've come up with some archetypes, although none of them feel 100% satisfying.
