Hey, first time around making a build guide for something that I enjoy playing and that is the Eye of Winter Occultist. To preface, I've made a complete-ish guide which you can find here and I highly encourage you to do so as this post is not going to delve into the nitty gritty of it all, but serves as a curtain for what you can find inside.
It's a build I decided to push forward after having a terrible time transitioning from Bane/ED into LL Storm Brand. At first it was a Spellslinger version that was an extremely fast mapper and decent bosser, but I wanted a bit more out of it and I've been able to achieve that with self-cast.
Taking the most out of being LL, the build reserves a fair amount of auras, mostly defensive ones and achieves 7K ES, almost permanent uptime of around 30K Armour, 4K mitigation from Molten Shell, 75% Evasion, a Blind aura, pack freeze due to Blast-Freeze and hinder from Aspect of the Spider. On the offensive side we're roughly in the range of 15-20M Citrus DPS and that number wobbles back and forth due to the nature of Eye of Winter and its synergy with chaining through Hydrosphere.
First off, here is the POB and showcase videos:

The Map Showcase is in a T14 because Atoll is there this league and it's just a fluid map to play, the build has no issues doing juiced T16s.
