Archmage Hexblast Occultist build showcase

Hi!

here's a fun build I've been playing for a while. It's an Archmage Hexblast Occultist, currently lvl92, did most bosses except for the Cortex (haven't found one yet) and UberAtziri, and the feared (probably won't be able to do those either).

I ticked 25% shock, but even on bosses we can easily get 50% with a hit, but the duration is not always enough to last and the first hit after they TP or move, is not shocked, so it's an estimated average.

Also ~7m average hit is real, but we only cast one Hexblast every 1,3-2 seconds due to how Doomsday works. So the actual DPS is around 3-5 million, depending on how well we time our Conductivity. For bosses under 50%, Punisment kicks in for around 40% more damage, but i didn't check that option in.
