Heya, so I wanna league start ele helix but I would like to play raider instead of deadeye, since you can easily get fledgling at league start which is the whole point of deadeye and raider is zoomier on top. Hey guys, reviewed my 3.16 league starter - now featuring more armour. After some playtesting, I also dropped Herald of Ice because it did not add a lot towards clear (not as much as commonly anticipated). Hey, recently started theorycrafting possible league starters. I tried to rely mostly on proven concepts. In this build this happens to be Spectral Helix, a bit of Elusive stacking, Spell Suppression (may get nerfed but It is so easy to cap with Raider so it will still be used). With just Frenzy Charges (Raider), Elusive (refreshed with Withering Step regularly) and Chill (Vortex+Bonechill on LMB) ticked against a Sirus config, this setup nets 3.6Mil Dps assuming 2 Hits (should be the average) but with good positioning, 3 hits are possible; this would net 5.4 Mil dps.
