PoE Lightning Coil, Cold builds

I like leaguestarting Cold DoT occultist, and been toying with this PoB since vortex rework. This will work up to some point, but damage is a bit lackluster for voidstone bosses. Would appreciate some ideas on how to scale, without losing much on defenses. (pob got budget and default options)

I'm wrapping up Affliction, which I (and many others) likely consider to be the most successful league I've experienced ever, and I have assembled a character that I'm proud of and believe may be of some interest (I've seen a number of posts asking for help using Tornado Shot in juiced maps). POB: This build uses 90% Ele Res (achieved with Tattoos+Purity of Ice) and 100% Phys Taken as Ele to mitigate the damage from stacking Trauma for big Frost Blades damage and near-immortality!

PoB: Currently have around 30-35 divs to upgrade, just not sure where to go from here, shield and ring maybe, but idk. Also is this good enough for ubers, or is it better to just spend the divs to reroll to some boss killer?

Hi All. Preamble first...I'm fully aware I won't have the exact items in this build. I should be able to get a decent 3 mod watchers since I have a ton of auras, but I'm aware it 99.99% won't be exactly the one I have listed. I know I should swap the spiked gloves since eater/exarch overwrite, but I'm lazy so I just took off the melee phys. I've been playing a long time, and I just use my initial pob as a guide to what I'm looking for.
