PoE Elementalist, Witch, Chaining, Bossing builds

A tanky and fast version of storm brand elementalist. I went for max block and max spell block, mixed with 10k+ energy shield. Storm brand of Indecision paired with awakened chain makes for amazing clear speed, while lightning conduit makes up a large amount of our single target. A very high cast speed with mixed lightning warp makes for very fast movement.

My fellow exiles, well-versed in the art of pob, I am looking for optimization on my Arc Ignite Elementalist. Trying to build a decently tanky character for legion farming (no bossing except Hillock), with the 100% more life sextant. It still rocks a cast on death portal.
