• Vaal ARC can clear legion pack in 1 HIT

**Surprisingly, this build is actually pretty balanced in term of DPS & DEF eventhough it's full-unique ~ Having 6K+ EHP with good resist + Elemental Aegis (Change Herald of Ice to Flesh & Stone for more tankiness)
