Hi guys, as the title states, I am stuck on an RF progression. I am totally new to the game and this is my first character, lvl 94 Jugg RF. I do up to T16 relatively no problem, unless something crazy comes out. But for a while now, I am not sure how to progress my gear and what to invest in. I followed a leveling guide for RF up to now and don't seem to get drops that work for me. Here's my test result of reduced projectile speed spectral helix. Spectral helix can always spiral up to 4.25 rotations, and the projectile speed does not affect the rotation distance.
