PoE Cyclone, Shadow builds

I'm planning my next build, but i never created a CoC build before, so im a bit lost here, that's what i have for now i think this will be a good build for scourge.

I am planning to league start a CoC build this league, having never played one before. Bit of a personal challenge and a project to work towards. With the help of some of the people on here, I got a lot of information on how CoC works and I've read up on the breakpoints. Now with the new PoB, I need to actually plan out the tree and skills. Initially I thought about doing Martyr of Innocence Blazing Salvo build, but that would require to path all the way to the templar side of the tree. So for now the plan is cold conversion Reap. This is probably one of the best builds I've theorycrafted. I wanted to make a hollow palm build and found an impale slayer build guide, but I don't have a duelist (standard) so I tried to make the build with another class (I don't have any marauder either). I decided to try assassin for crit but the dps with impale was capped at 1-2M dps. So I theorycrafted a poison version and oh boy was it better.
