- Full phys to fire (60% from Ngamahu's, 50% from Avatar of Fire)
- Rings are both Circle of Anguish
- level as whatever spellcaster you want

In short, Ngamahu's CoC is actually super solid and you can actually run any spell setup with it, but people always struggle to reach crit cap.
