PoE Cold builds with custom stat filters

DISCLAIMER: This isn't meant to be a guide but a proof of concept. While I did play this character straight from day 1 of the league, I don't really recommend it early because it's a bit clunky before Divergent Berserk and Lethal Pride appeared on trade which was around day 3, and also the playstyle is really active. Thought I'd share the idea behind the build I used to get 38 Challenges this league. Buffs to self-cast this league made me once again reconsider the viability of Fanaticism, a buff intended to be used for self-casters provided by Instruments of Zeal from the Inquisitor ascendan

I have a stupid dream about playing self cast Frostbolt without Icenova. I am trying to make PoB but it looks like very weak. 1. Does this build can be significantly improved? x2 at least 2. If no.. Is there any good way to deal with my elemental resistances if I take The Annihilating Light or only from items and tree?

I'm planning my next build, but i never created a CoC build before, so im a bit lost here, that's what i have for now i think this will be a good build for scourge.

This is assuming we get Energy Blade with something like 200% snapshotted ES into Max Added Lightning Damage; see the custom modifier on the energy sword to represent this.

In 3.14 that was my favorite build, unfortunately, that build lost more than 1M dps in 3.15 due to various nerfs But this time, with the buff of the Skin of the Loyal armor (from +1 to +2 gem lvl) and the new mastery system, i managed to get back to its original 3.14 strength! PoB: It can go up to 4M with a watcher eye! but that gets way too expensive! EDIT: 3.8M with Hrimsorrow unique glove! league starter friendly! (except for astral projector ring!) EDIT 2: I edited the tree, went more on the shadow region for crits
