In this video i will be showing you how to build YOUR OWN CoC Ice Spear Occultist!

This time i was given 40ex limit to make a good build with at least 10million shaper/sirus dps. watch this video to know wether i have succeded!

it has no flasks. For them you want: Cinderswsallow Urn (for onslaught) Dying Sun (enchant it with increased effect during flask effect (at least 50%)) Atziri's Promise for that extra leech and 8% dps boost) Quicksilver + Diamond flask for movement speed and if you didn't cap your crit chance diamond flask helps with that, If you didn't cap out your resistances you can use Wise Oak with "used when charges raech full" enchant.

I will post updated pob for lvl 89 and 97 as soon as i am able to export again.
