PoE Atziri's Foible, Cloak of Defiance, Channelling builds

PoB: Character is lvl 81 so there is room for more. I also forgot to activate Righteous Fire on the video, so I was missing 40% more damage. Mapping is okay, not the kind of walking simulator you'd get with a RF Inquisitor, but it can do it. Core concept is not new, Indigon + Arcane cloak. The PoB is really far from min/max and the gear was around 7ex total.

Scion appears to be best option, but you could probably swing it with the right pathfinder tree. Couple the maximum Mana with agnostic and you get some insane life regen.
