PoE Nebulis, Templar builds

I'm going to do some party play with my friends who just want to chill together. We aren't doing anything too juiced but I thought it would be nice if our builds meshed well together at least a little bit. The main idea for my build was a lightning/cold crit character that inflicts max brittle and shock to help everyone out. Here is the build I need help with making it make more sense. Mainly the belt and rings kinda suck. I also don't really want to use ashes but the reservation is just way too good. Also also I don't know if the lack of move/cast speed will feel bad. [

Hi Everyone, First time I played spark was in Delirium League with the OG Aura Stacker, and haven't touched it since. I did miss Spark quite a bit, and this league with all the buffs and Ashes, I decided to hop on the bandwagon of Spark Inquisitor, and make it extra thicc and tanky, while keeping high DPS. Seen this concept here and there in comments but not anyone else who has actually tried it out so here's my sharing on my Inquisitor which, through Brass Dome, Leadership's Price and passives, hit 90% ele res to dual wield Nebulis, without PoL/PoI nor a shield, getting 1200% inc cold damage with CotB conversion. Hi, since the release of the new tree it became possible to reach 88-90 max res on non-aurastacker characters, through combination of the skill tree and auras or uniques like Grey Spire, Saffelis Frame or Brass Dome. We can further abuse that through Nebulis to get up to 300% inc Lightning/Cold Damage(per Nebulis and we can wield two) I've been trying to gather char to take uber-endgame content(30 way Simulacrum, Feared etc) with it for some time and its the best that i could gather.
