PoE Mageblood, Assassin, Lightning builds

My second build of the league based primarily on Jungroan's Arc Assassin build. The power charge stacker / ES stacking template that a lot of builds are using. I'm not sure what the next steps are from here besides levelling to fill out my cluster Jewel tree. Capping spell suppress with a charm is also in the works. Plan is to add in a Forbidden Flame/Flesh combo from here but beyond that I'm not sure how to make the build tankier as I see many others on PoE Ninja having 2-4k more ES than me. &x200B; Damage feels like it's at a

I guess this is not very original but ever since i started playing POE I really liked Strom Brand. This league was the fist where I managed to get to t16 Map and make some amount of curreny. But I got stuck on one build using Hexblast. I saw a crafting video on YT - someone crafting an insane 7L SB Helmet, so i thought i wanted to make my own build based around that Item. I know this will be VERY EXPENSIVE if even possible, so that is what I want to find out. Please let me know if you think this would be possible to pull off. Hello! I wanted to post a build I have been having a lot of fun playing this league. I found a relic that let my lightning damage freeze and so I thought i'd make a omni lighting warp assassin with herald of ice and freeze/shock prolif. Together with inpulsa and oriaths end it created quite a fast and explosive mapper.
