[3.18] Customizable 12L "The Squire" Self-Caster - Fire/Lighting/Cold - Templar/Witch/Shadow

In this video, I showcase my Arc Assassin character that I recently made due to my curiosity will using The Squire as a spell caster. It has been proven that the combination of Mageblood/Squire has made one of the strongest builds with Lightning Strike, but can it be replicated as a caster?

While I run this build as an Assassin using Arc, you can see by the passive tree that you can pick-up any element you would like to use and use any of the 3 class on the north side of the tree. Obviously, Arc Assassin isn't the most damage possible using this set-up, but I like the playstyle of Arc. I would guess an Inquisitor likely has the highest dps and maybe using Ice Spear or some other pure single target skill.

I would like to see other people improve upon this build idea as I believe having a true 12L item along with RF and Low-Life buff will result in a 14L worth of damage, which should be insane.
