IMPORTANT NOTE Build is made to play with flame dash while mapping + having brand recall on left click so you can offscreen everything. I use lightning warp in boss rushing because its better for me. Overall flame dash feels better and smoother because of the amount of cast speed. Running double dmg on second wand feels very good. Helps with shock application.
