PoB: What I'm showcasing here is a type of build similar to the popular "Ward Loop" builds. However, this character doesn't use any Ward at all and mostly uses lvl 1 spells. A core item of this build, and what enables its mechanics, is Eye of Innocence. The expected DPS is somewhere in the ballpark of 4-5M, enough to kill bosses like Uber Elder, Uber Atziri, Shaper and the like. Please note that my ability to create videos is currently limited. SHOCK EFFECT I've tested shock effect vs Uber Pinnacle Bosses. It ranges from 35% to 42%. The boss died before it got higher I guess lol. The test was conducted using my rare crafted stygian vise belt, not HH.

If you only want the PoB, here it is: I've played several CoC builds over the years. This one is hands down the best I've played so far. Also the most expensive by a considerable margin, but I don't regret the currency spent. Back in Sentinal league I had a CoC forb rite occultist and used it to farm up my first mageblood. I really enjoyed that character's tankiness, the single target was good not great, biggest complaint was the clear. Since that time both Nimis and Original Sin have come out opening up more options to allo
