[3.24] Top 15 Builds in Path of Exile History (Buffs, Nerfs, & Power Creep Timeline)

This is the newest version of my "Most OP Builds" video where I did more research and put more detail into when specific builds peaked in power and reasons for it. I wanted to make this video to have a singular location where players could look back and remember top builds in POE 1 history when they keep dying in Act 1 when POE 2 releases.

Additionally, there are some players that think GGG just nerfs everything that is good, which leads these players think current builds are worse than previous top builds. While it is true GGG does nerf specific build outliers and specific item outliers, as time goes on, GGG gives players more options for their builds, thus more synergies can be found to create better and better builds.
