PoE 3.23 Affliction Badge of the Brotherhood, Mageblood, Chaining builds

Was very interested by this gem when I saw it, I have barely made any builds before in POE so any advice would be more than appreciated! Budget isn't really a problem, just want to clear some T16s while having fun on a somewhat tanky build

My second build of the league based primarily on Jungroan's Arc Assassin build. The power charge stacker / ES stacking template that a lot of builds are using. I'm not sure what the next steps are from here besides levelling to fill out my cluster Jewel tree. Capping spell suppress with a charm is also in the works. Plan is to add in a Forbidden Flame/Flesh combo from here but beyond that I'm not sure how to make the build tankier as I see many others on PoE Ninja having 2-4k more ES than me. &x200B; Damage feels like it's at a

A few people asked me for a POB for build I'm playing. Should note it's not mine (further down). It's far from optimised, but this is it. I need better charms for crit multi per power charge, unstable infusion, better chest and helmet, better jewels now I don't need as much res and str/dex. For what it is though I run 8 map mod legion in T16 jungle valleys, as many whisps as I can get. I can tank almost anything and the map mods have to be dicey af and a few things have to line up to one shot me. Most of the budget is MB for 150 Div when I got it and maybe another 25 Div for everything else
