PoE Cruelty builds

I'm currently theorycrafting an Abberath's Hooves ignite Elementalist intended for mapping. This item has gained a significant indirect buff this league with the introduction of Spellblade support. Rebuke of the Vaal and Nycta's Latern (Battlemage) give stupid amounts of flat damage to Abberath's Fury. With Shaper of Flames we can use all of that flat damage to inflict decent ignites. Hey, guys. Took me almost a month to finish this. But I'm fucking proud of what I came up with in the end. Ascendant didn't feel tanky for me, so I took a couple of Champion PoBs of CC here and there, then suited it to my play style. I cannot play anything below 90K EHP bec I came from RF, so I fucking bolstered this build so hard until I can press any altar mods without worrying a single fuck. PoB: Currently have around 30-35 divs to upgrade, just not sure where to go from here, shield and ring maybe, but idk. Also is this good enough for ubers, or is it better to just spend the divs to reroll to some boss killer?

Looking for some help on where to improve my EQ ignite jugg, it does decent damage and is decently tanky, i plan on tattooing a load of life and i am currently hunting for jewels. i have never played ignite so im not sure if there is a better way of scaling it, so far have just been making changes in POB to see what gives me a bigger number
