I'm currently theorycrafting an Abberath's Hooves ignite Elementalist intended for mapping.
This item has gained a significant indirect buff this league with the introduction of Spellblade support. Rebuke of the Vaal and Nycta's Latern (Battlemage) give stupid amounts of flat damage to Abberath's Fury. With Shaper of Flames we can use all of that flat damage to inflict decent ignites.

Damage is looking decent, ~480k ignite DPS should be enough for mapping. Vaal Flameblast for map bosses and other big bois. Gear is cheaper than I expected.

I'm worried about a couple of things though:

• Dual wielding means we can't use Shield Charge. During the Shield Charge animation you count as walking, meaning you'll trigger Abberath's Fury. I can't imagine a walking simulator character without Shield Charge.
• Very low life pool.
• Not sure about recovery. I have some regen. Also 1% life/es on kill from cluster jewel.
• Running Determination and ending up with 15k armour feels like a waste. Does switching to evasion / Grace make sense?
