PoE Orb of Storms, Tempest Shield builds

Mageblood is out of the question. Debating on ditching some gear and getting my spell suppression cap. I'm having a blast so far, but its a bit squishy at times (I figured it would be). I have 20 Divines to burn.

Things I swapped out specifically for this fight Frostblink for lightning warp. Cooldown on frostblink is too high for his otemba phase. Shield charge isn't fast enough after a few of those phases. Woke spell cascade for anomalous conc effect. Needed more damage than coverage as I was barely getting 2 overlaps with woke cascade on. Edit : POB -

Crackling Lance inquisitor. Level 90. According to PoB I can reach 1 million DPS while standing still (because of Sigil of Power, Power Charges, Frenzy Charges and Endurance Charges). I want to boost DPS without needing to stay still too long cause the biggest reason of my deaths is not moving enough or not moving fast enough. I am doing tier 12-14 maps after chiseling and alching. The only movement speed I have is the 30% increased movement speed mod on my Ralakesh's impatience riveted boots. Hey hey Gave LC a go a month into the league and loved it. I decided I want to make my own version of the build and so I started to mix and match tech I liked from different builds. This is my first time actually designing a build myself (as in not following a specific guide). And this is where I currently stand: When designing the build there were a few goals I was aiming for. I thought things were going well, but I've just been absolutely destroyed by the minotaur, and it's made me think that I've got a lot of improvements to make with my build. I have largely been following Ziz's guide here, and this is my character: Keep in mind I am in SSF, although I'm open to all ideas for gear change ups that aren't too impracticle.

PLAYSTYLE < For clear you put down your shocking skill(probably either Wave of Conviction or Orb of Storms) then use Conduit to kill as much of the screen as possible. This means it's a 2-button skill like Desecrate + DD and ED + Contagion, if you don't like that beware. For bossing you press your Wrath Divine Blessing and Curse on the boss, then you either use Orb of Storms or Storm Brand to keep shocking the boss while you spam Conduit. So this is a build i made since i wanted to put energy blade to use since it was introduced into the game. The core idea seems functional, but i stumbled upon some problems: 1-i move too slow 2- reappling shock and low shocks in bosses(leveling the gems might solve this though) The next upgrades are strightforward but ideas about the mechanics are welcome. &amp;x200B;

PoB: Basic functionality: 6-link Orb of Storms (just trying out item rarity at the moment), LC in Crest of Desire, Doryani's to bring the lightning res down. Highlights: capped spell suppression, capped chaos res, 7,7M DPS agains non-uber enemies.
