PoE SSF, Trap, Simulacrum builds

BOSSING: You must have a Cold Iron Point, or a dagger with +1 Phys and Dot Multi to use blade trap. Obliteration is for mapping, CIP is for pinacle boss farming/completion

This is a build I'm planning to league start. It probably does and will suck. But I'd be happy for feedback on it anyway. Maybe there are other players like me who don't assume that all these fancy things people put on builds are attainable and want a no-budget ssf build, or this build may just be useful input to someone somehow. Hello Exiles, I found a broken mechanic from Jungroan, traps can work with mines, so when you detonate a mine, you will launch trap if linked with a trap, but you will say "wtf why you talking about traps and mines with Discharge" ? Let's me explain my idea, since you can generate frenzy/power charge with traps/mines from Charged Traps or Charged Mines support, I instantly thought about Discharge So, what is the best way to scale Discharge when you can cast this spell each 2s ?
