PoE Elementalist, Golem Commander, Chaining builds

Since the other dude is asking for more PoB, here is a tentative Lightning Conduit Elementalist. I looked at the other lightning conduit PoB and found it extremely lacking. Insane custom multiplier from everywhere, a shock calculated on the basis you have already a 100% shock on the target which it obviously won't, a need to alternate between lightning arrow and lightning conduit, an idea that using voltaxic make the build reach "a much high ceiling" while you are basically giving up weapons and ends up with a spell doing 40% lightning 60% chaos (very fun to scale the resists after that), etc

Folks, I have hit a brick wall, unable to do increase damage or survivability any further. Unable to complete red-rare and corrupted map bosses. Either I get one shot as soon as I enter arena or the boss regens more health than my dps. or (lizzandrass) Would love a review/roast of the build and any ways to improve. They capped negative resistance at 200% but resistance penetration is a different calculation AFAIK. What if we stack Omniscience through the nose and used Mjolnir to deliver Arc? To that end, I made a tree which is as long as possible so that the Split Personality jewels at the very end deliver a real lot of Omniscience. Since Omniscience takes care of elemental resistances we can use all the suffixes for attributes and we certainly do that. Where we can, we sneak in a little increased attributes, too. Perhaps Lowlife? Would this feel bad without playing Assassin Crit? I'm pretty interested in Heart of Destruction for larger explosions, Shaper of Storms for guaranteed/better shocks, and Bastion of Elements for damage absorption.
