PoE Shaper's Touch, The Ivory Tower builds

Hey, so this came to be very spontaneously, I just tinkered with this build for most of the league getting every little info about what other people were doing with it as there are no updated guides on this. I've been using poe.ninja as a reference and I'm feeling pretty good about the overall viability of the build. Hey! Really wanted to make a tanky build that could either stand in Sirus Storm or tank the Memory Game without Molten Shell. Out of 4 characters I had leveled and tried, this one had the best survivability and damage. Sadly, Immortal call is still required. This is SC Kalandra league, normal Maven, playing CoC Inquisitor with 15k ES, 3.6k regen. Didn't spend much, as I never had more than 10 divines this league. So every piece of gear was about a divine each. Yes, cyclone is a better CoC skill, but I hate cyclone with passion.

Hey, if some people could take a bit to check out my build and tell me how I could make it better (Was thinking about Aegis for my Shield but it's 10 exalt, out of my budget for now, and buy and jewel with radiant faith but also out of my budget for now). And to be more precise, I have a hard time against solo monster such as boss, cause my dps is really low. Been wanting to do this build for the last league or so but could not think in a nice way to do it. Finally i reached a point where the build is functional and here it is for u guys. Stampede is incredible for cycloning around like a trainwreck, arc make clear feels butter smooth. A work in progress but feels really nice to play &x200B;

So this is a build i made since i wanted to put energy blade to use since it was introduced into the game. The core idea seems functional, but i stumbled upon some problems: 1-i move too slow 2- reappling shock and low shocks in bosses(leveling the gems might solve this though) The next upgrades are strightforward but ideas about the mechanics are welcome. &x200B;

Map Mods / Build Limits: Can't run Elemental Reflect and Physical Reflect maps Can't run Atziri or Uber Atziri due to reflect. Struggles to run maps with "Reduced flask charges gained". Can be fixed with by swapping one magic flask swap with The Overflowing Chalice. Struggles to run maps with "Players cannot regenerate Life, Mana, or Energy Shield" due to ES recovery needed to offset Blood Rage, and Mana Regeneration requirements.
