PoE Impale, Travel builds

So because of multiple games that game out in this time, I didnt get to play this league much. Since 3.18 isnt making many changes I was thinking of trying out my build again but was wondering if maybe there was any advice people could give. This was a build of my own design so I know its not great, but any tips would be appreciated. I super lack in defenses and my gem links are just stuff I threw together. Like I still have a portal gem and GMP i was leveling in there. The Vaal Summon Skeletons is literally just used as a blocker/distraction for big scary things or bad groups. As for the

-------------------------------------------------------- FOREWORD AND NOTES: This build has been adjusted for the great nerfening of builds from the 3.15 patch notes. The bad news is that this build lost a lot of damage, but the good news is that we get multistrike with Shield Charge and it should make this skill good enough. I am currently assuming that Shield Crush will have the same bonus damages apply as Shield Charge, in which it got changed to 4 to 6 from 3 to 4. It is also possible that Shield Crush will have the same bonus damages as Spectral Shield Throw, in which that got changed

Barring Patch Notes nerfing everything to the ground, I think this is a decent starter. This build was made on 7/17 BEFORE Patch notes.
