PoE Tornado Shot, Simulacrum builds

Just converted from LA to TS. I'm clearing semi juiced maps T16 maps no problem (20% deli, 4x scarab, sextants), but i need more damage to progress. Got around 12-13 div atm to spend, what upgrades would be best to go for first? Thx! POB: &x200B;

I don't know why I did it. Been slowly improving the survavibilty of my TS until this version was created. 1) 90 res is melding + stacking 19 max cold res. +8 max res from warrior's tale in the top-left spot, +6 from purity of ice with 50% increased aura effect, +2 from unnatural instinct, +3 from random passives (which also help to stack projectiles) 2) To cap this res I have to use mageblood + one full "prefix" and suffix of resistances. I've been slowly crafting/building it this league. Just wanted to create something durable for 80% deli altars farming, without Omni or other stuff. Budget is VERY high, at least mageblood+. 4.3k life, 2.1k es, 100% supress, 25k eva. Pretty happy at 60% delirious, but struggles at 22+ simu. I have a pretty good investment into this - and sitting at (maybe?) about 7m base dps, 12m if I swap in barrage. I've been very conservative with hits from the manaforged arrows, and not even considered the avian aspect damage. Current Omni trinity POB: Hi folks; I've been having fun farming deli mirrors w/Harbinger on strand and melting Lyrica, starting to get some currency and playtime again but not sure how to further grow this character. I know rearranging the tree a little for accuracy and a different timeless jewel w/double damage is there but after that (if it's even worth)...
