PoE Templar builds with custom stat filters

I want to present to you a league starter build I made last league. I played in a relatively small private league and mainly crafted the gear myself. I'm not a terribly good crafter so those more proficient at crafting would have an even easier time. Thread link: Current minimum shock effect (w/o Inpulsa, just from the tree): 15% (1 + 1.25 (0.1 + 0.4 + 0.5)) = 33.75% For some reason PoB doesn't account for the 50% of the mastery on crit. Should be taken into account for the minimum effect from ascendancy node. Will have to confirm in-game. Hi fellow Exiles, my goal for this League was to play at least real selfcast build. Tried Glaciel Cascade and Crackling Lance at first but wasnt happy with the tankyness (GC) or the clearspeed (CL).
