PoE League Starter, Trap builds

Hey Guys, figured I would share a super rough PoB for Ice Trap for people who still might be looking for ideas at the 11th hour. No endgame gear, no uniques, no cluster jewels, just a PoB template for you to look at and brainstorm. I've even added leveling trees for those who really need help. I'll be running this myself in SSFSC, so feel free to comment or PM me with questions if you end up running this too! PoB:

Raider gives you: - A lot of movement speed - Spell Suppression - Easy damage (Frenzy charges and -20% exposure) - Phasing - Ailment immunity - Lots of evasion Spectral Helix gives you: - Big circle AOE and Pierce all enemies with 0 investment - Huge scaling from added damage (250%) The PoB has an early tree that already gets to 1.2million DPS with a 2 mod claw, WITH 1 SPECTRAL HELIX, people will usually consider that one cast can hit bosses 2-3 times depending on boss size The PoB is also super conservative, no scorch/brittle, no intimidate, no shock

Heya, so I wanna league start ele helix but I would like to play raider instead of deadeye, since you can easily get fledgling at league start which is the whole point of deadeye and raider is zoomier on top. Can you review the PoB and share you thoughts ? Btw the build yoinked and changed a bit to fit raider. PoB:

This is a build I'm planning to league start. It probably does and will suck. But I'd be happy for feedback on it anyway. Maybe there are other players like me who don't assume that all these fancy things people put on builds are attainable and want a no-budget ssf build, or this build may just be useful input to someone somehow. It's got 100% spell supp, 13k max phys hit, 90% evasion, and 110k dps. This is without shock, onslaught or power charges (though I am doing shock, onslaught and assassins mark on hit). It uses smoke

Levelling 1-12 - mule Splitting Steel with a Duelist start, link with Onslaught and Chance to Bleed Early links Splitting Steel - Onslaught - Chance to Poison / Chance to Bleed Key Act 1 Vendor Gems - Precision - Whirling Blades - Smoke Mine - Spectral Helix - Withering Step - Steelskin 12-55 - Spectral Helix - Onslaught - Chance to Poison (swaps to Added Chaos after Normal Lab) ^

average hit x (3.2 (cluster) or 1.8 (swift assembly)) x (1/trap throw rate) x of explosions I believe this is how to calculate explosive trap damage. I might be underestimating or overestimating the dps here. 149657 1.8 (1/0.27) 11 = 10,974,846 million dps. Bottled faith puts dps to about 18 million. Ignore other flasks, they're for if you have a mageblood. Polymath applied in config, 9 3 for 27% more damage. Polymath gets most value from going hybrid, to double up on recovery.
