So, i managed to get my hands on Hateforge and thought id try to get it going like back in Ultimatum. PoB: Very unoptimized and still low level, not meant to be more than a proof of concept for now. The main idea is to use flask effect, reduced duration and dual wield the ultimatum weapon to get 100% uptime on VLS. Because the Sceptre has very low attack damage, im using covenant for big base damage. After Nemesis mods kicked my first build around to much I looked into a more defensive type of build. My idea was to build around the Transcendence keystone and stacking armour. What catched my eye was the 3.19 newly buffed Lightning Coil (50% phys to lightning). It is a perfect fit for the build since you want to convert 100% physical damage from hits to elemental.
